Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times. Essential Red Wellness cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.
